Phew... We can finally all stop worrying, about the meaning of it all, for as the Restored Church of God proclaims...
Now is the time to stop assuming. Now you can know what God's Word actually says about antichrist-as long as you allow the Bible to interpret itself!How stupid have we all been... Rather than trying to interpret the bible ourselves, or have the pope, the priest, or a platypus do it for us, we should just let the book interpret itself!
I envision a whole franchise: self-interpreting tax forms, legal small print, Bush press conferences, you name it.

An anti-Christ is that something that can destroy Christ? How can you destroy something which you claim does not EXIST

But I guess that joke won't or rather cannot raise any chuckles from an Atheist.
You have to be able to laugh at Irish jokes, and the Irish laugh loudest. Some people laugh even when they don't get the joke.

I do believe your point Catholics in Nazi Germany was that they could have stopped Hitler. Maybe it was ungerman to oppose their government (even when it was clear that the government was corrupt) and unpatriotic not to support your troops - especially in the Russian front.
But vanity and glorifying conquest is only a Cardinal Sin if it is a cardinal Sin for All. If it is not a Cardinal Sin for Joshua & the Israelites who preceeded Rome & The Caesars, or the Spanish, French, British, German Empires, then it is not a Cardinal Sin for those who opposed them. All the world is a Stage + we actors.
Nor were theese any more or less evil than the Japanese Empire, Russian Empire or US Empire.
I guess the Roman Empire was the Anti-Christ 2000 years ago, pity the Jews missed the point. And yet Rome succumbed to Christianity.
See I got no problem with a Messiah that calls me brother, but I have always been deeply suspicious of brothers that want to 'impose' themselves on others.
