Dunno, maybe you are right - there is nobody out there, they are all inside One's Head. Can any(body) know 6 billion people by name and then stop to count the hairs on their head.
Well it is probably quicker to count the one's on baby's heads or the one's later on. How many hairs did we loose in between, did they get counted.
