How about "Did the earth move for you?" You can fool yourself most of the time, but doesn't mean any of the others are fooled by you.
Or how about "Was that good for you too? - was what good?" Just people trying to get into each others mind, once they've got into each others pants. Perhaps I'll try it the other way round next
